  • Choose your size and fabric

    Standard sizes run from 15 inch to 48 inch. Smaller sizes, down to 3 inch, may be available on request. Pick the stretch fabric that suits how you flow.

  • Pick prints, trim, and thread

    Mix Brain Plague prints or commercial prints with the trim and thread colors you like. The price updates as you build. Or design your own prints in FlowForge!

  • Pay a deposit, we build it

    A deposit starts your order. Brian keeps you updated while he makes it. You pay the balance when it is ready to ship.

Handmade, never mass produced

Brian cuts, sews, and finishes every star by hand. Custom orders take 2 to 8 weeks, depending on workload and materials on hand. Brian will contact you after your order and keep you informed. Need one sooner? Some stars are already made and ready to ship.

A creative project by Brian

Brain Plague Designs started during COVID as a creative outlet. Returning to the rave and flow community led to flow stars, and matching clothing led to learning to sew. Brian handmakes every FlowStar. Custom stars are made to order, and some are already made and ready to ship. Custom printing is done by other USA-based small businesses.
